2. Fault reports

Name, email address, optional phone number, location, fault description and uploaded images are processed to identify the issue, contact the reporter and coordinate the required action. Direct browser access to uploaded files is blocked.

3. Contact form

Name, email address, managed building, subject and message are recorded in order to identify and respond to the enquiry.

4. External fonts

The site loads Montserrat and Allura from Google Fonts. Technical data, including the IP address, may be transmitted to the provider. For EU production hosting, self-hosting should be considered.

5. Technical data and session

The site uses a session cookie for secure form handling. For submissions, the IP address is not stored in raw form; a keyed HMAC fingerprint is stored to support abuse prevention.

6. eHÁZ

The Kecskemét Home website does not collect or store eHÁZ usernames or passwords. The login button opens the official eHÁZ interface in a new tab. Data processing there is governed by eHÁZ terms.

7. Data subject rights

Subject to applicable law, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and may object where the legal basis permits it.

8. Retention

Exact retention periods must be defined before production use according to the actual operational and legal requirements of the condominium.
